“It helps us to locate the project in relation to the other neighborhoods surrounding it and to communicate with elected officials,” slips Michel Guthmann.
This architect and urban planner, founder of the MGAU agency, did not design the Olympic and Paralympic village (it was designed by the architect Dominique Perrault), but he has been responsible since 2019, with his teams, for ensuring the urban and architectural coordination of the project on the Saint-Ouen and Saint-Denis part until its completion.
