In “Hartz and warmly” the protagonists give deep insights into their lives.
Some people are having a hard time with their health, but Beate still doesn't want to seek treatment.
Most of the Mannheim “Hartz und cordial” participants live in the Benz barracks.
In the social documentary on RTLZWEI they show their worries and fears, but also their great joys and successes.
Many have been appearing on the show for years and have become real audience favorites.
As MANNHEIM24 knows, in addition to Elvis' extended family and the late Dagmar, Beate and her family are also included.

“Hartz und cordial” favorite Beate struggles with depression and anxiety
The “Hartz und Herzen” team has accompanied her and her children Janine, Pascal and Chantal since the beginning of the series.
The mother of three shares her life openly with the camera, including her psychological problems.
Beate also suffers from depression, anxiety and panic attacks because of the many hate comments.
These are so bad that she hardly dares go outside her front door.
The man from Mannheim has been suffering from depression for years, but since Beate, a well-known “hard-hearted and heartfelt” person, was beaten up by so-called haters in front of her apartment, her anxiety has become even worse.
Even going to a restaurant with her best friend Ela is hardly possible for her and has therefore become a rarity.
Crowds cause her to panic - but that's why she doesn't want to seek therapeutic help.
“Hartz and cordial” in the Benz barracks: Beate’s anxiety is “very, very disgusting”
During one of the rare visits to a restaurant, Ela asks Beate again: "Because of your anxiety, how does that feel?" The depressive woman's suffering is great: "Like when a bomb explodes," she explains, "very, very disgusting."
A normal life is no longer possible for them, because such panic attacks can strike Beate at any time, "and then it's over, then I have to go."
But couldn't psychotherapy help when dealing with a panic attack?
Ela also asks herself that, after all, her best friend and neighbor is already being treated for depression - so why not for that too?
“Of course you can learn this through therapy,” explains Beate, “but I always try it on my own.” But without success, because RTLZWEI fame hasn’t been doing any better so far.

During the “Hartz und cordial” filming, Ela also realized that Beate couldn't get anywhere on her own.
“But I think it will take years,” Beate listlessly explains why she doesn’t seek professional help.
With that she ends the conversation and instead gets to eating.
She has already had some difficult times, and in the new “Hartz und cordial” episodes she speaks for the first time about the bad times with Janine's father.
At the moment she lives in a restricted manner; on the train or in closed rooms she needs an escape route so that she can get away quickly in the event of a panic attack.
Nevertheless, she now dares to go in front of the camera again after Beate wasn't seen on “Hartz and warmly” for several months.
Neither she nor the station revealed why she didn't appear on the screens at RTLZWEI.
