251 graduates have taken their first successful step into professional life.

They received their certificates at the graduation ceremony at the Fürstenfeldbruck State Vocational School.

Fürstenfeldbruck – In addition, 30 students who achieved a grade average of 1.5 or better were honored.

Headmaster Andrea Reuß was proud that all 14 professions that the school offers were represented among the graduates.

Regardless of how they graduated, she gave all young people one thing to say: “You are like a rough diamond that has what it takes to be polished into a precious pearl.” Graduating is the first important step for them brought behind.

“Your future is now open to you,” said Reuss.

Different ways

District master craftsman Franz Höfelsauer explained what significance this has for the successful students: “You are now a skilled worker in your company.” The final certificate is the obvious and official document for this suitability.

Höfelsauer showed the graduates various paths to further education and training, such as technical and vocational high schools, or the master's degree.

However, this requires a certain amount of effort, the district master craftsman admitted.

“There is no quick elevator to achieve lasting success, only the stairs.” This year too, Höfelsauer made sure to deliver appetizers and pastries for the small reception after the almost hour-long celebration.

Ongoing training

The deputy district administrator Martina Drechsler emphasized that today's professional world expects a willingness to continue training.

“Now the learning really begins,” said Drechsler to the graduates.

Nevertheless, on this day everyone can celebrate having successfully put a strenuous time behind them with successful training.

The best in each year received a special recognition in the form of a cash prize.

Headmaster Andrea Reuß pointed out that this was only possible to this extent with the support of the support association.

Although prizes are also offered by the government of Upper Bavaria, the fixed number must be spread over the entire year.

The summer graduates want to be just as thoughtful as the current ones.

Since different professions have different lengths of training, the vocational school holds a graduation ceremony twice a year.
