While walking on rue Henri-Dunant in Creil this Tuesday, Hamza A. was checked by police officers on patrol, before being placed in police custody.

He appeared this Thursday at the Senlis court for acts of unauthorized possession of drugs and destruction of an object relating to a crime or misdemeanor.

He was sentenced to six months in prison, with a warrant of committal.

Because, according to the version of the police, the 20-year-old young man rushed, at the sight of the uniforms, to throw “bombonnes”, small bags filled with cocaine under a truck, as well as a cell phone - a black iPhone, which he crushes with his heel.

All in a street known as a hot spot for drug trafficking in Creil.

In total, 8 g of cocaine were found.

“It’s starting to be a lot”

For his part, Hamza assures that he was going to the driving school a little further away, that he has no link with the drugs found nearby and that the cell phone would have slipped from his hands when the handcuffs.

According to him, it was the police who then stepped on him.
