The investigation established that the psychologist, despite her sick leave, had provided some 425 consultations in recent years via Doctolib and no less than twenty paid training courses through the organization “Socalys Formation” .

Sentenced on Wednesday to a one-year suspended prison sentence without entry on bulletin no. 2 of her criminal record for fraud and concealed work, she will also have to pay the daily allowances unduly received.
23,000 euros have already been seized from his bank accounts.
“But what will cost him the most are the adjustments from Urssaf and taxes with penalties of 40% on undeclared income
