“We can only be successful together,” said Christiane Krinner at the presentation of the new association “gemeinsam.demokratisch.bunt”.

Starnberg - The three founding members have a lot planned: Among other things, they are planning a sea of lights on the Starnberg lake promenade for Sunday, March 3rd at 6:30 p.m. - to be precise between Undosa and the “lion statue”.
Germany demonstrates - and Starnberg too!
“Never again is now” - this message has never been so relevant.
That's why the association invites you to protest together against right-wing extremism.
Many supporters, such as the Natrschutz Association, Condrops, the Greens, the ÖDP, SPD, Stagenda, the Starnberg Dialogue, the Evangelical Community, the Starnberg Climate Initiative and the Mutmach people are there.

Germany is demonstrating - now Starnberg too.
Everyone is welcome on Sunday with cell phones, lanterns, flashlights and fairy lights to set an example, said Krinner, who registered the demo as a private individual with the district office.
And something else is very important to her: “I don’t want any populism, any hate or any agitation,” she emphasized.
There should therefore be no slogans like “The whole of Starnberg hates the AfD” and please no party flags or anything similar.
“Anything that is non-partisan is welcome,” she said.
The event will be accompanied musically by the Uli Singers and there will also be spoken contributions.
“We are absolutely non-partisan”
The name of the new club says it all.
The fact that Krinner is also on the local board of the Starnberg Greens should not be important in this context.
Krinner emphasized: “We are absolutely non-partisan.
Our point is that we want to work with Democrats.
We can only be successful together.
A robust and vibrant democracy needs an active civil society, and society needs a sense of community,” she said.
That is why the entire association is committed to democratic principles.
“For us, this is the form of government in which citizens can best develop, in which freedoms are best protected and in which the principles of the rule of law apply,” explained Krinner.
And colorful?
The colorful is the metaphor for diversity.
“We live in a pluralistic society, our political order thrives on the recognition of and respect for diverse opinions, beliefs and interests.
“This also includes the claim to protect minorities.”
These are the first steps of the new Starnberg club
The association positions itself against right-wing extremism.
Not only the AfD, but also the Reich Citizens, the Third Way or the Identitarian Movement who want to overthrow the system - they are active against it.
Activities such as rallies, information material, readings, panel discussions and various festivals are planned.
