Emergency on “The Perfect Dinner”: Candidate Frits went to the hospital instead of the stove and another candidate had to step in.
Cologne - “The perfect dinner” is usually a culinary encounter that is quite harmonious.
Only the host can work up a sweat if he wants to have all the dishes cooked to perfection and brought to the table at the right time.
But now an incident apparently occurred during the recording that fortunately had not happened in the approximately 20,000 episodes to date.
Emergency at “The Perfect Dinner”: Candidate Frits has to go to the hospital
The “The Perfect Dinner” week began on Mallorca with the candidates Angelika (27), Julia (41), Farina (43), Giorgio (37) and Frits (63).
Angelika started as host on the first evening, followed by Julia on the second.
It would have been Frits' turn on the third, but right at the beginning of Wednesday's episode, attentive viewers were surprised to see that Farina opened the gate to her house instead.
Apparently an emergency had occurred and candidate Julia reported directly that Frits was in the hospital.
But she doesn't know exactly why.
During a video call with a smartphone, Frits reported from a hospital bed: “I was very, very lucky.
An hour later and it would have been the last supper!”.
But he will get completely healthy again.
Since this would obviously take a little longer, a replacement candidate was added to the “Perfect Dinner” instead of Frits.
Hopefully she won't get a disgust alarm like the last time she did with “The Perfect Dinner,” when a candidate was cooking with a band-aid on her finger.

Giorgio reported in the interview: “This morning we got the news that Frits didn't seem to be doing well.
But the all-clear has been given, he’s okay.” What exactly had happened wasn’t clear here either.
It was also not revealed whether the stress of Frits originally being the host that day played a role in the health incident or whether he had an accident in the kitchen during the preparations.
Candidate Frits from “The Perfect Dinner” reported from the hospital via video call, the other candidates had to cook without him.

“Thank God he's doing better, I think that's the most important thing,” Julia said again about Frits' current condition.
It is not known whether he will be seen again at another round of the “Perfect Dinner” after his recovery.
Another candidate for the “Perfect Dinner” gave up in the middle of the week.
