Transforming the offices and meeting rooms of two buildings located a stone's throw from Europe's leading business district into apartments is the bet Meaning Capital Partners has taken.
This investment company presented this Thursday its project to transform the former Gefco headquarters in Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine) into a mixed residential complex of 22,000 m².
Named Parc des Lilas d'Espagne, this real estate program located on the edge of La Défense, in the Faubourg de l'Arche district, plans to completely restructure the two existing buildings, but also to build two new ones to accommodate them. accommodate nearly 200 housing units, including around a hundred social housing units, around twenty intermediate housing units, 80 for home ownership and more than 160 co-living accommodation rooms.
There will also be a brasserie, a medical office and a gym on the ground floor.
