In recent years, Sderot has undergone a real revolution.
If in the past many young people chose to leave it to look for opportunities in the center, today many of them choose to stay in the city, which has become advanced and technological.
In order to keep the young people in the city and help them advance in the technological aspect as well, the Asem Nestlé group established the Asem Sderot Fund
for technological training and industrial development to support the residents to the extent of millions of shekels.
The fund focuses on industrial technological education for the residents of Sderot and will work in cooperation with the municipality of Sderot, with the aim of developing industry in the city and helping to create a better future for the future generation.
We sent three young residents of the city to the Asem factory in Sderot, where they met the chief engineer Shlomi Hazot who gave them a special tour, and exposed them to the many employment opportunities at the factory.
What did they think of the factory and how many packets of pudding are produced per day?
