The police caught two young sprayers red-handed in Unterhaching on Monday.

The two fled, but were caught and reported.

Unterhaching - As the police report, plainclothes officers from the local office observed around 4:45 p.m. how a 14-year-old and a 13-year-old (both with residences in the Munich district) sprayed graffiti on a wall in the underpass on Carl-Orff-Weg .

When they noticed the police, the young people fled on foot - but didn't get far.

After a short pursuit, officers found her in the immediate vicinity of the crime scene and took her to a police station.

Three spray cans were also found and seized from the young people.

After the police measures had ended and their legal guardians had been informed, the young people were released.

A complaint was filed against them for damage to property.

The damage amounts to several hundred euros.

Commissariat 23 is investigating.
