Even Horst Lichter's eyes glaze over.

While moderator Horst Lichter (62) has a chat with the saleswoman, the expert visibly has to swallow.

The saleswoman's eyes immediately begin to shine.

“This is a real discovery,” summarizes the expert in the program.

A rider on a horse is painted in black paint on the white plate.

“The plate is hand-painted, not by Picasso himself, but by the employees of the workshop,” continues the “Bares for Rares” expert.

Where is “Cash for Rares” filmed?

The filming locations of the afternoon editions of “Cash for Rares” change.

The programs are often recorded in the Balloni Halls or the Harbor Club in Cologne.

But filming has also already taken place in the rolling mill in Pulheim and in the historic department store in Freiburg.

Saleswoman Karin specifies 100 euros as the desired price for her plate.

But the art dealer’s expertise is much higher: “I would value it between 3,000 and 5,000 euros.”

The flea market shopper wasn't expecting this and immediately started cheering.
