The debate finally took place but it turned into a dialogue of the deaf.
This Thursday evening, the municipal council of Plessis-Robinson (Hauts-de-Seine) gave rise to a new pass of arms between the opposition municipal councilor Nathalie Launay (Génération. s) and several elected representatives of the majority, including Mayor Philippe Pemezec (LR), on the final observation reports from the regional chamber of accounts (CRC) on Sempro and the SPL (local public company) Sud Ouest 92.
For several months, the opponent has been calling for a real debate on these two reports in which the financial jurisdiction singles out these two local companies in charge of urban development and of which the municipality is a 90% and 80% shareholder respectively.
The CRC pointed out several dysfunctions, in particular substantial salary increases for directors and operations unrelated to the purpose of the companies.
