A week has passed since the crime of Roberto Eduardo Wolfenson (71) and
unknowns still arise
in the La Delfina neighborhood house, at kilometer 50 of the Pilar branch, in Derqui.
While they search to see if there is
a motive behind the crime
, they await additional expertise and take statements from neighbors who attended gymnastics classes with him.
Wolfenson was found dead on Friday of last week around 5 p.m., when his piano teacher showed up for his weekly class.
The man, an electronic engineer dedicated to advising companies dedicated to the manufacture of batteries, was last seen alive on Thursday.
The autopsy determined that he died between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, but since the previous afternoon no one was able to contact him.
There are three points that raise doubts in the investigation.

"He saw the news on television and said that Wolfenson did not go to the gym class he had planned and that he tried to contact him on Thursday night to invite him to dinner but that he did not get the messages," sources with access to the file confided. .
The truth is that another striking fact for those who knew him was that he had the
same clothes as on Thursday
, when the maid left the house.
"It is striking that she had the same clothes because she would not have worn the same garment two days in a row," they questioned.
This witness said he believed that "they killed him on Thursday" and that is why he was dressed in those clothes and the messages did not reach him.
The
complementary studies
to the autopsy will allow us to establish the date of death with more certainty and confirm whether he actually died on Friday as indicated by the first expert report.
Wolfenson's children, Laura and Esteban Wolfenson, delegated their representation to lawyer Tomás Farini Duggan.
And they provided credit cards, bank accounts, the details of a trust and an account abroad to verify
if there were strange movements
with the victim's money.
In addition, they requested that "a letter be issued to the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic to require all banks in the country to report whether the victim has or had accounts and to provide statements corresponding to 2023 and 2024."

there could have been any economic motive behind
the crime.
The fingerprint and the scene of the discovery

Wolfenson was in a guest room, lying on his back, dressed in the same clothes as the day before, barefoot and with his Crocs resting neatly on his shins.

In addition to the cell phone, the victim's partner (with whom he was not married but who had a relationship for 18 years) reported the missing Bluetooth connection speaker, a pillow and cleaning gloves that were in a bag.

Prosecutor Germán Camafreita was also taking statements from the neighborhood residents who shared gymnastics classes with the victim, to try to fill the lockers and determine the victim's last movements.

But the bedding was in the washing machine, unwashed, and they found no blood, no semen, nor any reason to suspect that something happened there.

, as if he had not slept there on Thursday night.
Another element that makes the family doubt whether he was really murdered on Friday, as established by the autopsy.
On Wednesday they would carry out toxicological, viscera and histopathological tests to find out if he had been drugged, consumed alcohol or any element that had made him drowsy.
On the engineer's thigh there was a long hair, which due to its length, does not match Wolfenson's hair.
It was going to be analyzed this Friday in Junín but the family offered a series of specialized laboratories to guarantee the efficiency of the study and not lose the only DNA sample that could be at the main scene.
Theft was not the main line of investigation because
neither money from the safe
nor other valuable items were missing from the house.
They even kidnapped the victim's two computers to be examined.
Relatives, close friends, neighbors, employees: everyone and none are possible suspects.
