The first photos of the hit show promise great emotions.

Offenburg - Roland Kaiser (71) has been on stage for around five decades and is one of the country's biggest pop stars - not least thanks to over 90 million records sold.

On the occasion of his big anniversary, ZDF is showing the show “Giovanni Zarrella presents: 50 years of Roland Kaiser” on February 24th, a Saturday, at 8:15 p.m.

It already promises numerous unforgettable moments.

The hit show hosted by Giovanni Zarrella (45) was recorded on December 16, 2023 in the Baden Arena in Offenburg and will only be broadcast a good two months later.

An IPPEN.MEDIA query to ZDF as to why there is such a long period of time between recording and broadcast has so far remained unanswered (as of January 17th, 1:00 p.m.).

However, the first photos of the show evening are already available.

They show which highlights and guests “Giovanni Zarrella presents: 50 years of Roland Kaiser” will boast.

And celebrities beyond music are also represented in the ZDF broadcast: A scene shows how SPD politician and President of the German Bundestag Bärbel Bas (55) congratulates the 71-year-old.

He is a self-confessed social democrat and has also been a party member since 2002.
