Herbert Maier from the Greens in the city council was in great turmoil.

He had heard that investors were already eagerly advertising and even selling apartments that were to be built in the Haager Strasse East area.

Maier was surprised that the corresponding development plan had not even been decided yet.

But Maier is less outraged by this.

He learned that no more changes were possible because the building construction planning had already been completed.

And that is why important requirements in the development plan, such as a climate-neutral energy supply with a heating center and sufficient solar panels on the roofs, could no longer be implemented.

Maier said he felt “ripped off,” said Maier unusually clearly.

Corresponding rumors had also reached CSU parliamentary group leader Burkhard Köppen.

But not Mayor Max Gotz (CSU).

He couldn't really understand the excitement.

“Stay cool,” he advised his colleague.

The development plan is still being drawn up and has not yet been approved.

The city council remains in control of the process.

However, Gotz continues, this is known from some investors who got involved in marketing very early and promised the best.

But what is actually behind the allegations?

The owner of the space is the Haager Allee company.

Behind it are the Büschl and Eckpfeiler corporate groups as well as the real estate developers Lukas Sommer and Florian Branduhuber from Erding.

The latter acts as their spokesman.

And he assures: “There is nothing to it.

I am very surprised by Mr. Maier’s statements,” said Brandhuber.

The fact is: “We haven't sold anything yet and aren't marketing anything yet because we don't even have building rights yet.” The development plan has to be completed first.ham
