Volksbank-Raiffeisenbank Dachau has put a small container with an ATM into operation in the parking lot of the Kornprobst bakery.

Hilgertshausen – Nothing stands in the way of the construction of two buildings with a total of twelve residential units and three commercial units as well as a shared underground car park, as well as the three other semi-detached houses with garages and parking spaces that are planned on the Raiffeisen site in Hilgertshausen.
The days of the stately bank building at the town hall are numbered; the planned dense residential development requires the demolition of the already largely cleared building between Schrobenhausener and Hirschenhausener Strasse.

In order not to leave bank customers completely out in the cold, Volksbank-Raiffeisenbank Dachau has already put a small container with an ATM into operation in the parking lot of the Kornprobst bakery.
However, there will not be an account statement printer as previously known in the bank building.
The building committee and local council dealt with the development of the former bank and warehouse at the beginning of this week.
As building authority manager Kathi Westermair explained, a building with two sales rooms, a doctor's office and six residential units is to be built on the south side of the large property.
A residential building with six residential units is planned on the west side of the property, and another two residential units are to be built on the north side.
But that's not all: a semi-detached house with two residential units is to be built on the east side.
All houses have a gable roof.
According to the stipulations of the development plan, the ridges of dormers and gables must maintain a distance of at least one and a quarter meters from each other and must not exceed a width of four meters.
This was not taken into account in the original planning, whereupon the local council refused to give its consent (we reported).
However, the plan amendment that has now been submitted complies with these requirements.
Sound insulation proof was attached
“The type and extent of structural use, the construction method and distance areas are adhered to, and the general provisions for building design now correspond to the development plan,” says Mayor Markus Hertlein.
According to the building application, the marked visible areas must be kept clear.
A proof of sound insulation was attached to the building application, and the required playground would be even larger than required.
Nevertheless, the neighbors' consent was only partially granted.
Garbage collection can only take place on the street.
Therefore, the future residents must place the garbage cans on the street exactly in the areas shown on the plan.
This must be regulated by the owner in a binding manner for the future.
From the administration's perspective, there were no concerns about the mammoth project.
The local council also unanimously approved the project, with the proviso that the parking spaces must be created and permanently maintained in accordance with the municipal parking space regulations.
The bank building at the town hall will be demolished.
Two buildings with a total of twelve residential units, three commercial units and three more semi-detached houses with garages and parking spaces are being built there.
