The district office makes the situation at the Kochler Heimatbühne clear: The building cannot currently be used due to safety problems with fire protection.
Kochel am See
- As part of our newspaper's research, details about the situation at the Kochler Heimatbühne became public on Thursday.
As the district office reports, “contrary to previous reporting, the home stage cannot currently be used until the safety-related deficiencies have been corrected.”
The background is fire protection issues.
The Heimatbühne cannot be used for “security-related” reasons
The Kochel community wrote in a press release on Wednesday afternoon that the home stage “may not be used for large events”.
The new mayor Jens Müller admitted on Thursday afternoon that this formulation was an interpretation within the community.
The community wants to clarify whether gatherings with fewer than 200 people are permitted
It should now be clarified with the district office whether events with fewer than 200 people are permitted due to the meeting place regulations.
Basically, it was important to him to inform the public quickly.
The next major event at the home stage would be the brass band's spring concert.

How the district office's decision came about could not be clarified on Thursday because the responsible clerk could not be reached.
Müller emphasizes that he will not take any risks.
“We will take all further steps in consultation with the district office.” It is unclear whether the cinema will also be affected.
