At the end of 2021, Nicolás Ferreri, Pedro García and Esteban Blanco receive unexpected, very hard news: they are informed of the closure of the restaurant where they work.

Nicolás and Pedro were waiters and Esteban was the manager of that place very loved by the residents of Belgrano.

They worked there for many years and learned to know in depth the palate of the traditional clientele of the neighborhood with little interest in fermentations and the surprises of ethnic cuisines.
