Joachim Llambi radically applies the red pencil.
The juror has now removed an extremely popular “Let's Dance” tradition from the program.
With a positive result.
Cologne – Anyone who saw the opening show of “Let's Dance” last Friday (February 23rd) might have been surprised by this sight.
Joachim Llambi (59) walked slim across the dance floor as he marched in.
The jacket fits loosely, the figure is wirier.
No wonder, because the TV judge actually lost six kilos.
For the result, however, the half-Spanish also had to forego a popular “Let's Dance” tradition, as he

That's why "Let's Dance" juror Joachim Llambi has slimmed down
“I just didn’t feel good anymore.
“I wanted to optimize my body for myself and get a little fitter,” reveals Llambi in an interview.
Ultimately, the decisive factor for the diet was a man's remark on a golf course in December 2023. When he said the words “Oh, it's you, Mr. Llambi.
“Man, I thought you were slimmer,” the juror decided to fight the weight.
This particularly affects his nutritional program: Joachim Llambi radically stopped his consumption of sweets (including up to four bags of gummy bears a week).
He also avoids pasta, bread and a glass of wine with dinner.
There are now only two meals a day - at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In addition, the former professional dancer gets on the bike “three to four times a week”. The result: “I came from 91.5 kilos and am currently at 85.5 kilos.
The last time I was that weight was around ten years ago,” says the 59-year-old, happy about his weight loss success.
“Super crap”: Joachim Llambi breaks with “Let’s Dance” tradition
And behind the scenes of “Let's Dance” a lot has changed as a result of the Llambi diet.
“I sincerely asked the nice catering ladies to only put still water and sparkling water in my fridge in the cloakroom,” explains Joachim Llambi.
The juror also avoids sugary drinks such as cola or soda.
“There is a large fruit basket on the desk and maybe a few pretzel sticks,” says the TV star.
Suddenly slimmed down!

But Llambi breaks with another show tradition.
“We have had a nightly and very traditional burger order for late hunger during the last commercial break for many years,” reveals the juror.
“At night there were still two small cheeseburgers for the Llambi, which of course doesn't help with a diet.
Super tasty, no question, but also great crap for a diet.
I have now completely broken away from tradition.”
