Due to unfavorable weather forecasts off the coast of Florida, the launch of the Crew-8 manned mission to the International Space Station has been postponed to Sunday 3 March, at 5.16am Italian time.
NASA and SpaceX communicate this.
The launch of the Crew Dragon Endeavor shuttle from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida was initially scheduled for February 22, but was then postponed to February 28 and then to March 1.
NASA astronauts Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt and Jeanette Epps will fly on board the Endeavor shuttle together with cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin of the Russian space agency Roscosmos.
After docking with the ISS, expected around 8.10pm on Sunday, the crew will begin a six-month orbit mission to carry out around 200 scientific experiments.
