In the third GNTM episode, the young models are allowed to walk in front of star designer Jean Paul Gaultier.

While the men strut their stuff in sandals, the women have to wear high heels.

Berlin – In the current episode of “Germany's Next Top Model” the candidates have to cut a good figure on the catwalk again.

In front of chief judge Heidi Klum (50), star designer Jean Paul Gaultier (71) and a few visitors, the model newcomers have to give their all.

However, some GNTM participants have problems with their clothing.

While the men are allowed to strut down the catwalk in sandals, the women have to wear strappy high heels - completely unfair, the fans think!

GNTM fans angry about catwalk shoes – “Men should also wear high heels”

Normally not a season of “Germany’s Next Top Model” goes by without a proper clothing faux pass on the catwalk.

At a fashion show in the current episode (broadcast on February 29th), the GNTM candidates are supposed to prove their talent on the catwalk.

But something goes wrong.

While the male models walk the catwalk in sandals, the women have to cope with loose high heels.

The fans find this completely unfair.

During the walk in episode 3, the men were allowed to strut down the catwalk in sandals, while the women had to wear high-heeled shoes, which made walking much more difficult.
