“No closure planned before 2028”.
This is what the unions understood from the announcements made by the management of the Forvia (formerly Faurecia) site in Méru (Oise), during a meeting organized this Thursday, February 29.
Last week, the Franco-German company specializing in automobile parts announced the possible elimination of 10,000 jobs in Europe by 2028.
Enough to worry the 968 employees of the Oisian site, no more reassured by the recent declarations of their management.
Alas, this week's meeting even had to be adjourned until March 11.
“They want to waste our time,” laments a union delegate.
