A driver risked his life and those of other road users on the B388 on Thursday morning.
Erding - When the police were finally able to stop the 18-year-old in Erding, the man from Taufkirchen was clearly under the influence of drugs.
Hashish was also found on him.
And a drug-sniffing dog sniffed out a smoked joint in the ashtray.
The police had previously received an emergency call that there was a VW on the B388 between Taufkirchen and Erding that was repeatedly overtaking vehicles in a risky manner and endangering other road users.
When checked, the young man showed clear signs of failure.
Continuing driving was stopped, the driver's license was confiscated and a blood sample was ordered.
The 18-year-old is now facing criminal proceedings.
