Miraculously, the driver appears to have survived the accident unscathed.

An accident with extensive property damage occurred this Friday afternoon around 1:45 p.m. on the A96 near Stetten (Unterallgäu district).
An almost new Ferrari left the road, sped out of control for about 200 meters through the countryside and finally crashed into a tree.
Stetten – For reasons that are still unclear, the sports car coming from the direction of the Stetten exit skidded shortly after the Kohlberg tunnel.
According to initial information, the Ferrari veered off the road to the right, crashed down an embankment and crashed into the adjacent meadow, but did not stop there, instead jumping over a drainage ditch and then breaking through a wildlife protection fence.

But the journey apparently didn't end there either: the car drove around 200 meters from the scene of the accident and finally collided with a tree.
As the season license plate shows, today was the first day of registration of the sports car.
Since it only had just under 23,000 kilometers on the clock, the material damage is likely to be significant, speculates our newspaper's blue light reporter, who was on site.

The driver was apparently extremely lucky and survived the hellish journey.
According to the police, who have now officially confirmed the incident, the man was externally uninjured, conscious and responsive.
As a precaution, however, he was taken to hospital by emergency services for a health check.
