Romina Kergl, once a trainee at the Starnberg clinics, has been honored by the IHK for the best qualification last year.
Starnberg
– The Starnberg Clinic is providing the healthcare clerk with the best degree in 2023 in all of Upper Bavaria.
Romina Kergl was honored with a certificate from the IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria.
Thanks to this special achievement, the Starnberg clinics have now also been recognized by the IHK for their special contributions to vocational training, as the clinics announced.
“We are proud that we have such good, committed and capable trainees in our company.
“This success is also a reflection of the training ability of the respective department and the attractiveness of the entire company as an employer,” explained the managing director of the Starnberger Kliniken, Dr.
Thomas Weiler, in a press release.
Romina Kergl was taken over and has been working in the financial controlling department since February 2023.
“The combination of working in a hospital environment and administration is what really appeals to me,” she said.
The high quality of the training also makes it clear that a total of four trainees from the Starnberg clinics, Julia Götz, Eva Langner, Melanie Tremml and Romina Kergl, received the Bavarian State Prize for their excellent certificates, it said.
Tremml and Kergl also received an award from the vocational school for their average grade of 1.0.
“I have to understand everything before I take an exam,” said Kergl, explaining her recipe for good grades.
