A horrifying femicide took place on Saturday morning in the province of Tucumán, where
a woman was riddled with bullets from a taxi
in broad daylight.
Eight shots were fired from the vehicle, which stopped in front of the victim.
The driver escaped at full speed and that scene was filmed.
The dramatic episode occurred on 300 Pedro Miguel Aráoz
Avenue
, shortly before 10 in the morning.
The sequence was narrated by witnesses who were at the scene, and they even recorded the escape from the car with a cell phone.
According to the newspaper
La Gaceta de Tucumán
, the victim was María Emilia C., 34 years old.
She was waiting for the bus when the taxi approached.
They rolled down her window and shot her eight times before fleeing.
From the videos, the police were able to identify the main suspect, although they are still searching for her whereabouts.
