The town of Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine) has been waiting for this court decision for several weeks, synonymous with a new start for a project that has been repeatedly prevented in recent years.
This Friday afternoon, the Paris commercial court officially validated its takeover offer, for an amount of 10 million euros filed by the municipality via the Île-de-France Public Land Establishment (Epfif) , part of the land of the Charras shopping center.
This was the only offer considered admissible by the court and which will be definitively ratified on March 10, after the appeal deadline.
On this date, the municipality will become the owner of 50% of the commercial space, which was until now held by the Ochito company, a subsidiary of the Desjouis real estate group, which joined forces in 2017 with an American investment fund Oaktree.
