"Beyond a Manichean vision that Congress is to blame and that the governors are all bad, deep down
there is a realistic message from the President.

Taking into account that the pact will be subject to the approval of the Base Law and a new fiscal agreement, the head of the We Make Federal Coalition group assured that "
