It was very difficult for me to leave my family.

I asked myself if the balance I was making between ambition or the most important thing:

“I worked in large corporations, where
I identified that poor contract management was a global problem

For this reason, I did not take a neutral position and
took action
,” mentions the woman from Córdoba.
When she finished her graduate studies, she was hired by a risk analysis company and detected the same problem:
her internal clients were not negotiating their legal contracts well
.
“In addition, my innovative ideas worried my superiors and
I couldn't progress
.
For this reason, I challenged myself and
chose to emigrate in search of a goal
: to create a company that solves this problem, in a country with greater opportunities for growth,” explains Luciana.
