A bus transporting personnel from the Provincial Penitentiary Service (SPP) of Santa Fe
was shot this Saturday morning in the city of Rosario
and an employee was injured.
The attack
occurred around 11 a.m.
, when two buses from the Laguna Paiva company were transporting SPP personnel from Rosario to the city of Santa Fe.
According to the first investigations, an unlicensed vehicle pulled up alongside one of the buses, which were traveling along Circunvalación Avenue near Baigorria, and was shot at several times from inside.
According to Rosario3, the vehicle was hit nine times by bullets.

The head of the Rosario Police, Daniel Acosta, said from the site of the attack that
the attackers "fled from the scene,
the bus parked and there it was found that an officer" suffered a minor injury, since "he had been grazed by a bullet that left a groove in his scalp, on the back of his neck.
The prison employee was treated at the scene by health personnel, the sources added.
After the incident, the police chief ordered a saturation operation in the area that also involved personnel from the Regional Unit XVII force, from the town of San Lorenzo.
At the same time, investigators were reviewing security cameras in the area with the aim of identifying the car used in the armed attack.
The buses had been hired by the Ministry of Security.
This Saturday, he left the Piñero prison and was heading to the city of Santa Fe.
