Now the Court of Auditors has just come up with a less-than-tender report on the military academy, which brings together three prestigious schools: the Special Military School of Saint-Cyr (ESM) - founded in 1802 by Napoleon Bonaparte - which cadets join following a very selective competition;
the combined arms military school and the Coëtquidan cadet military school.
