This craftsman from Upper Bavaria is probably one of the most relaxed lottery players in Germany.
He plays, occasionally, has no system - and almost forgot his two million win.
Regensburg – In January of this year, a man from Upper Palatinate cracked the second prize category and secured a win of over 2 million euros.
Lotto Bayern reports this in a current press release.
In the same draw, eight other Eurojackpot players from Germany, Spain and the Netherlands also scored in the second prize category.
The lucky winner recently contacted the State Lottery and Casino Administration to claim his winnings.
Because he was in a hurry, a man from Upper Palatinate simply typed the same numbers again - his luck!

“Without any number system or lucky numbers”: Oberpfälzer wins 2 million euros
The winner, who only occasionally fills out a ticket, says: “I only found out about the win weeks later when I was comparing the numbers on the computer and I still can’t believe it.”
He adds: “I’m not a long-term player,” and explains, “I usually try my luck when the jackpot is high – without any number system or lucky numbers.”
“Something in a hurry”: You simply play the same numbers again – and win
That's exactly how it was with this win.
In a hurry, he simply played the previous ticket again.
“I was in a bit of a rush and just played the previous ticket again.
That was my luck,” he reports.
This decision made him exactly €2,388,351.90 richer.
The craftsman does not yet have any concrete plans for his profit.
“I don’t have any special wishes.
I will probably invest most of it – hopefully profitably,” he says.
Some of the money could also go towards renovating your home, because there is always something to do when you own a home.
