The latter was placed in police custody this Tuesday, according to the Meaux public prosecutor's office, which is handling the case.
According to our information, the MP for Seine-et-Marne filed a complaint in the 7th arrondissement of the capital for events which allegedly took place in her department on the night of February 29 to March 1.
On social networks, Damien Cassé presents himself as an LFI activist and opposition municipal councilor in Noisiel, in Seine-et-Marne.
