in insurance policies contracted with Nación Seguros SA within the framework of the 'ANSES Credits' operation (Sustainability Guarantee Fund).”
The current Government indicated that ANSES contracted "insurance coverage with Nación Seguros using
unjustified intermediaries
and paying commissions to the detriment of the public treasury."
The appointment of brokers
The national government reported that on May 22, 2023, D'Angelo Campos - former General Director of Operations of the Sustainability Guarantee Fund (ANSES) - decided to "designate San Ignacio Sociedad de Productos Asesores de Seguros SA as organizer and TG Broker SA as an insurance advisory producer, to intervene in the aforementioned insurance contracts 'Collective life insurance with debit balance' of the Sustainability Guarantee Fund)”.
The Executive Branch indicated that this was carried out without the justification of the decision being included in any administrative file and it was not carried out through the document management system that the ANSES requires to use.
What Sandra Pettovello asked to investigate is the fact that the defendants, alleging an alleged "lack of cost" for the State, "arbitrarily and without prior bidding or compulsivity between companies in the industry used companies to profit from the contracts of Nación Seguros SA" .
Among the irregularities exposed by the Executive Branch, it was maintained that in the first coverage policy for these risks issued, Nación Seguros appears assuming the risk together with other private insurers (coinsurance), of "dissimilar economic/financial capacity."

Regarding the brokers, the representative of the Public Prosecutor's Office asked the State registry of providers to report
whether San Ignacio Sociedad de Productos Asesores de Seguros and TG Broker are registered.
Once this information was obtained, it was requested that the corresponding public records be verified if both intermediaries "are duly registered and the date thereof; as well as the change of name or any variant."
