Roberto Eduardo Wolfenson
's (71) computer
revealed a new clue.
On Thursday
, February
22 , he took a walk at
1:55 p.m. to 2:13 p.m.
, like every day.
Those 6,000 steps that the businessman took with his neighbors are the tip of the ball of doubt that runs through the investigation.
Wolfenson was found dead at
4:45 p.m. on Friday,
February 23 when his piano teacher attended his weekly class and no one responded.
Those 26 hours are, for the moment, a mystery surrounding the cause.
The
result of the autopsy
established that the electronic engineer was
murdered, due to mechanical asphyxiation, between 1:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Friday
.
However, there are a series of indications that raise doubts about this data.
The clothes:
the businessman was
dressed exactly the same
as on Thursday, when the maid saw him for the last time.
This information is striking for those close to him because it would not be something common for him.
The bed
: Wolfenson slept in the main room and his partner stated that
the bed was unmade
, just as the maid could have left it on Thursday.
As if she hadn't slept in her bed.
The body appeared in a guest room, without the sheets (which were in the washing machine unwashed) and without signs of a fight or blood stains that coincided with the blows she had on her face and head.
Gym class:
On Thursday Wolfenson went for a walk as usual but
on Friday he did not attend his group
or go out to do his 6,000 daily steps.
The cell phone:
Wolfenson's phone disappeared.
The murderer – they suspect – took him from the house of La Delfina, in Derqui.
And since Thursday, no one could communicate with him because
he did not receive the messages or did not respond to them
.
A neighbor invited him to dinner but he never received a response.
His partner spoke with him for the last time – as he stated – that same day but Wolfenson did not communicate with him on Friday.
He also expressed no concern about having lost contact that day.
At the crime scene they collected
three hairs
, one long that was on the victim's thigh, which will be analyzed to try to find the murderer's DNA.
The lawyers of the victim's children, represented by Tomás Farini Duggan, suggested that the analyzes be carried out in a series of specialized laboratories with the intention of guaranteeing results given the shortage of genetic material.
The Wolfenson family house in the country La Delfina, Pilar.
Additionally, there are
three fingerprints
that were found at the primary crime scene but are not compatible with people who regularly visited the house.
Now they will seek to incorporate those of a gardener, a poolman and two bricklayers who attended the house.
With the route of the walks they will aim to look for possible security cameras to try to find records of the victim.
The complaint
Prosecutor Germán Camafreita sent the corresponding actions to the Attorney General's Office to initiate an investigation based on the
actions of the doctor from the Scientific Police of San Isidro, Marcelo Rodrígué
, who attended the La Delfina house to verify the death of the businessman. .
At that moment, and despite the fact that everyone detected that it could be a homicide,
he said that he had died as a result of a heart attack
.

For Camafreita, "fundamental hours for the investigation were lost" and the crime scene was not preserved.
The evidence collected was gathered thanks to the fact that, before the doctor arrived, the Police acted ex officio and with a protocol corresponding to a violent death.
Now he will investigate whether Rodrígué committed a crime against public action.
When consulted by this newspaper, judicial sources confirmed that the file was also sent to the Internal Affairs of the Bonaerense to carry out an internal investigation into its procedure.
The case
Electronic engineer Roberto Eduardo Wolfenson was murdered on Friday afternoon, February 23, in a house in the gated community of La Delfina, in Pilar.
The man was dedicated to advising and training multinational companies.
At 5pm he was waiting for his piano teacher, but when she arrived no one answered.
Worried, he alerted the neighborhood guard and, together with a guard and with the help of a neighbor, the piano teacher found his student dead in one of the rooms of the house.
Due to an error by the San Isidro Scientific Police, they considered that the man had died of natural causes.
However, they requested an autopsy, which revealed a day later that it was a homicide.
