The municipality of Lenggries would like to implement a local model between Wackersberger and Arzbacher Strasse in the area of Enzianstrasse.
Now the development plan still needs to be completed and the procurement guidelines decided.
Lenggries – The first considerations were made a good five years ago, but implementation is taking a long time.
At the most recent municipal council meeting, building authority manager Ronny Bousseljot gave an overview of the current situation.
In fact, the community is on the home stretch, so to speak.
Leasehold contracts must be drawn up
Two three-horse teams are planned for the area.
However, some preparatory work still needs to be completed so that locals can apply.
The most important thing now is to finalize a development plan for the area.
“This should contain a proposal for parcelling,” explained Bousseljot.
In the course of the procedure, it must also be clarified how the costs for the development are to be billed.
The leasehold contracts must be drawn up.
In addition, the local council still has to decide on the procurement guidelines in a public meeting.
Awarded according to a points system
The committee had not yet dealt with it publicly.
The comments from the meeting were incorporated.
A preliminary draft of the guidelines was shown at the most recent local council meeting.
It explains who can apply for the local model and which asset and income limits may not be exceeded.
The building plots are then allocated by the local council and according to the criteria and points system it has created.
The family situation is assessed, for example how many children live in the household or whether people are being cared for.
The economic circumstances are queried, as is the place of residence.
A job in the municipality of Lenggries is also rewarded with points.
“Will the information be corrected again when the award is made?” Daniela Werner (Independent Group) wanted to know.
After all, it could be that someone has changed jobs in the meantime and no longer works in the community at all.
“Application and award are close in time.
“It makes no sense to update it again,” replied Mayor Stefan Klaffenbacher (FWG).
Anyone who volunteers in Lenggries can also earn additional points - but only one volunteer position will be taken into account, explained Bousseljot.

The application process begins in a few months
Werner asked what the next schedule was.
The decision to approve the development plan should be made “in the first half of the year,” said Klaffenbacher.
Then the procurement guidelines should be decided.
The application process then begins.
The fact that the whole thing is dragging on like this is also due to the water-bearing ditch that runs along the edge of the property.
This must be relocated to make the area more developable.
Just getting the water permit for this took nine months.
“It was a lengthy process,” said Bousseljot.
But the laying began last week.
In addition, land acquisition negotiations for the access road were necessary.
For this purpose, Enzianstrasse will be extended to Wackersberger Strasse.
A sidewalk is also provided.

Vice Mayor Franz Schöttl (CSU) asked whether any decision needed to be made today.
“That would be hard on me.” No, replied Klaffenbacher.
“It's just a matter of fact.” The local council took note of it.
