Residents of Quatre-Chemins knew it for three years as Halle Papin, a third place run by the Soukmachines collective in which gourmets came to cook their sausages on a self-service barbecue.
In 2016, the Etablissement public territorial (EPT) Est Ensemble, owner of the premises, authorized this now well-known player in transitional urban planning to launch this project in the premises of a former tire and tool factory built on the street Denis-Papin, in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis).
The adventure ended in 2019 to make way for the Ateliers Diderot site, also called La Cité de l'Écohabiter, a 5,000 m² building, bringing together a business incubator, a business hotel, a showroom and soon , a restaurant.
