An outburst of violence lasting a few seconds.
In the heart of the Marais, in the small rue Pavée (4th arrondissement) in Paris, a gang of teenagers chasing three others attacked one of them on January 4,

On images from a video surveillance camera, we see an individual being thrown to the ground as he flees, then lynched by this group of young people with hidden faces who are chasing him.
While the passers-by, in shock, stop in amazement, the group then flees before one of the members retraces their steps.
He then delivers several blows with a hammer to the teenager's head, who tries to get up.
Settling scores
The victim, who was treated by emergency services and then transported to Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital, was also injured by at least one stab wound,
police sources told Le
Figaro .
According to them, the possibility of a settling of scores between two rival gangs of high school students from the 11th and 20th arrondissements is favored at this stage.
For its part, the Paris prosecutor's office indicates that an investigation into the charge of violence in meetings and with weapons has been opened, and the Paris territorial security has seized.
