Initial reports indicate that a 61-year-old driver had to stop on Tuesday morning on federal highway 11 near Tiefenbach (Landshut district) due to a traffic jam.

A 56-year-old driver who was driving behind him did not seem to notice this and hit the stationary car, pushing it into the oncoming lane.

There it collided with the oncoming vehicle driven by a 29-year-old.
