On the evening of Friday March 1, this 48-year-old man was found lying on the ground next to his two-wheeler, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Yvelines).

When the officers tried to remove his helmet, the driver struggled... He then punched the first officer in the face, also injuring his knees and leg.

The other agent was injured while trying to help his colleague.

At the hearing, the defendant recounts the facts as he perceived them.
