Last week, Jean-Marc Nicolle, mayor (ex-MRC) of Kremlin-Bicêtre from 2016 to 2020, and his wife were taken into police custody for tax fraud, as confirmed to us this Tuesday March 5 at morning, the Créteil public prosecutor's office.
The facts allegedly occurred between 2013 and 2017, when the former elected official was consumed by his gambling addiction. According to our information, the tax authorities are demanding more than 400,000 euros from him.
At the end of his hearing in the premises of the Val-de-Marne judicial police, where he was summoned, the couple, who admitted the facts, were released.
He is expected to answer for this offense in a trial.
