An exceptional period has closed for the global cybersecurity ecosystem.
After record investments over the last two years, particularly in Europe, the burning engines of financing have cooled.
If the number of fundraising continued to increase last year (801 operations, compared to 741 in 2022), the amounts collapsed to 9.4 billion euros (- 37%), according to the latest investment barometer in cybersecurity, produced by the Tikehau Capital fund, in partnership with the InCyber forum (formerly the International Cybersecurity Forum).
This study examines all financing operations in the sector in the United States, Israel and Europe.
