An invoice other than his own could sometimes be retrieved at the time of downloading.

A subscriber could have access to a name, a first name, an address, an email, a subscriber number, part of RIB and postal details which are not theirs.

Contacted by Le Parisien, Iliad, the parent company of Free, mentioned a “bug” that occurred on Tuesday evening.

The duration of the incident is estimated at “one hour”.

The problem was “resolved quickly”.

The company says “that in proportion to the number of subscribers, very few were affected”.

For the moment, Free has not yet communicated on the origin of this malfunction.

It also does not give details on possible support for subscribers put in difficulty by the disclosure of their personal data.
