"Our son must return to school as ordered by the Court. We appeal to Minister Valditara: make the school respect the TAR decree, do it for the peace of mind of our six-year-old son who is denied a right".
The appeal to the minister is from two parents of a pupil from the Ladispoli comprehensive institute, suffering from "a deficit disorder with hyperactivity", suspended from school for 17 days but reinstated by the Lazio Regional Administrative Court which ordered his immediate return to class.
Decree, claims the family's lawyer Daniele Leppe, "not respected by the principal".
The appeal comes after Repubblica published the child's story.
