CARDS – The former president won 14 of the 15 contested votes this Tuesday evening, inflicting a scathing, and perhaps definitive, setback on Nikki Haley.

Donald Trump is almost assured of a return match with Joe Biden after his triumphant victory on “Super Tuesday” against his last Republican rival, Nikki Haley.

The former head of state won 14 of the 15 states at stake during this great electoral day, including California, North Carolina and Texas, the main providers of the delegates necessary for the nomination, but also the Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Virginia.

Only the very progressive Vermont, in the northeast of the country, escaped her, offering her only victory of the evening to Nikki Haley.
