In Resolution 42 of Anses, the organization established that "the last month of payment of the premiums to be paid to NACIÓN SEGUROS SA for the lines of credit of holders of a benefit granted by ANSES, corresponds to the fees collected in the pension settlement of the month of February 2024".
This implies that, starting this month, life insurance for those who have taken loans from the "Créditos Anses" program
will be provided by the pension organization itself through the Sustainability Guarantee Fund
.
In the recitals of the Anses Resolution, it is also revealed that
in 2018

the organization had requested a report from its specialists
and that they advised that Anses itself, through the Sustainability Guarantee Fund, provide the life insurance to borrowers.
That cut for the first time, three years after the arrival of Mauricio Macri to the Government, the Anses contract with Nación Seguros.

The two main intermediaries in that operation were Martínez Sosa and Torres García.
In principle, the participation of brokers such as Martínez Sosa and Torres García
did not have any formal, technical or legal meaning
because Alberto Fernández himself had forced with his decree 823 of 2021 that all State agencies take out their insurance with Nación Seguros.
In the case of Anses, on the contrary, this Fernández decree enabled
brokers to access a business that they had not had since 2018
, because since that year Anses managed its own insurance with the Sustainability Guarantee Fund.
Decree 823 forced them to contract with Nación Seguros and thus the business
that until then was prohibited was born.
At that time, Nación Seguros was managed by a man from Fernández's inner circle: Alberto Pagliano.

After
Clarín
