The happiness in love was originally in jeopardy.
Especially due to the age difference, Uschi Glas had doubts about the relationship.
When she found out that he was seven years younger, she wanted to dump him.
“I thought: Okay, that's it, he'll just be a good friend,” Uschi Glas remembers of getting to know each other.
“I told him to look for someone younger.” But the entrepreneur wanted to stay.
The two finally said yes 19 years ago.

In her second marriage, Uschi Glas gained a completely new perspective on the topic of partnership.
“I used to think that being different was fascinating.
“Today I see that it’s something wonderful and not at all boring when you harmonize,” explains Uschi Glas in more detail in the interview.
Uschi Glas and Dieter Hermann have been married since 2005.
She didn't think the marriage had good prospects.

Uschi Glas's first marriage was to film producer Bernd Tewaag (76) from 1981 to 2003.
She also has three children with him.
After Tewaag's alleged affair became public, the actress separated after 22 years of marriage.
“It probably took me a year to get over it – a year of mourning, so to speak,” she remembers in an interview.
“At some point I realized it was over.
Without feelings of revenge, she simply survived.” Today she is grateful for this fateful turn in her life.
Otherwise she would never have met her Dieter.
