Tutzing/Traubing - The building authority of the municipality of Tutzing is currently receiving numerous inquiries regarding the development of properties on Andechser Straße on the western outskirts of Traubing.
It could be that the owner has divided his agricultural property into individual parcels and a development road and may now be trying to sell these parcels.
According to the building authority's knowledge, he could inform potential buyers that it appears to be building land or land expected to be built, which could be buildable in around three years.
“The municipality of Tutzing would like to inform all interested parties that the properties on offer are currently not building land,” explained Mayor Ludwig Horn in a letter.
The parcels are currently located in the outside area under planning law and do not represent vacant lots. In order to make them buildable, it would be necessary to draw up a development plan and change the land use plan.
The municipality of Tutzing is currently not considering either of these for the properties in question.
The construction of a road, which would be necessary for the development, is currently not planned.
