But the hit star now has to spread this again in the third programs.

The new edition of your TV show will no longer be shown on Das Erste.

The station now explains why Beatrice Egli (35) was taken away from the coveted broadcast slot after just two issues.

The “Beatrice Egli Show” was actually not conceived for the time being, as program director Clemens Bratzler revealed at the SWR annual press conference.

Nevertheless, ARD promoted the pop singer.

“We had the chance to place the show on Das Erste twice last year (…) and it was successful there,” he remembers.

The next edition will now be broadcast in parallel on three third programs, namely SWR, MDR and, for the first time, NDR.

“The show reaches everyone who wants to see it,” says Bratzler.

The program director also gives the reason for the change of channel: "This is simply the case because we haven't found a suitable slot on the first because it is not a program that is now in the regular program."

He also makes it clear: “But it has nothing to do with a lack of success.

We were very happy with the ratings.”

Another edition is planned for autumn.

“We don’t yet know where and when it will be broadcast,” explains Clemens Bratzler.
