Actor Axel Stein appeared in the RTL show “Schlag den Besten”.
But he was seriously injured during a game.
The wound, which was covered in blood, even had to be treated by a doctor.
Munich – The fans of actor Axel Stein (42) had to swallow at this sight.
He appeared on social media with a black eye and a clearly visible injury to his eyebrow.
The background of the frightening image was a seemingly harmless RTL game.

“What happened, Axel?” asked a visibly shocked follower.
With Axel's note “My RTL” under the picture, he already provided the direct clue.
He was injured on the show “Schschlag den Besten”.
More precisely, in the game “Durschlag” against athlete Matthias Steiner (42).
The two had to break through insulation panels on a course.
And that obviously went terribly wrong.
When he pressed the buzzer at the end of the course, Axel Stein fell in his exuberant enthusiasm and hit his head.
The result: a laceration on the eye and a violet.
But luckily a professional was on site: the doctor on set immediately treated the actor so well that he was actually able to continue acting.
Axel Stein’s conclusion about the accident – it looks “totally shit”.
Axel himself said about his accident: “I was buzzing during a game and slipped.
I was blown away.
I didn't plan on it, but that's just how it is." His conclusion: "Of course I now have a black eye, which looks like shit." RTL will show the bloody accident on Saturday (March 9, 2024) at 8:15 p.m. - The program can be accessed online in advance.
By the way: Axel Stein was not the first prominent participant to be injured on the show.
Elena Mira (31) was already injured during “Schlag den Besten” – and the show had to be interrupted.
